Hajj Itinerary
Day 1 – 3-4th Dhul Hijjah –
Meet at Dhaka Airport to depart for Jeddah Airport. Ground staff will assist you throughout your journey, from Bangladesh to your return home. Immigration wait times may exceed 6 hours. Once cleared, we will journey to Makkah and check-in at Grand ZAMZAM Hotel, then perform Umrah.
Day 2 – 5th Dhul Hijjah –
Rest in Makkah.
Day 3 – 6th Dhul Hijjah –
Rest in Makkah.
Day 4 – 7th Dhul Hijjah –
Prepare to leave for Mina.
Day 5 – 8th Dhul Hijjah –
Rest in Mina. This is our first day in Mina. Enjoy the atmosphere and participate in lectures and advice sessions.
Day 6 – 9th Dhul Hijjah –
Leave for Arafat after Fajr (approximately 8:00am). Spend the entire day in Arafat, attend lectures until Maghrib, and then proceed to Muzdalifah.
Day 7 – 10th Dhul Hijjah –
Leave Muzdalifah and return to Mina. Participate in Jamarat (Stoning) and complete Tawaf Al Ziarah in Makkah. Return to Mina tents.
Note: Expect to walk 10-15 miles, although transport is available for Elite Package pilgrims, depending on Muzdalifah traffic conditions.
Day 8 – 11th Dhul Hijjah –
Second day of stoning. We will stone all three Jamarats as a group, then return to Mina.
Day 9 – 12th Dhul Hijjah –
Third day of stoning. After completing the stoning, you may either return to your hotel or stay in Mina for an additional day of stoning.
Day 10 – 13th Dhul Hijjah –
Rest day in Makkah at your hotel.
Day 11 – 14th Dhul Hijjah –
Check out of the hotel in Makkah at 2pm and travel to Madinah.
Note: Journey to Madinah may take over 10 hours, including breaks at service stations. You may need to wait up to 2 hours for Hajj Ministry authorization.
Day 12 – 15th Dhul Hijjah –
Rest in Madinah.
Day 13 – 16th Dhul Hijjah –
Rest in Madinah.
Day 14 – 17th Dhul Hijjah –
Check out from Madinah and return to Bangladesh via Jeddah/Madinah.
Note: You may be seated in the coach for up to 2 hours until the Hajj Ministry grants permission for release from Madinah.

- An agreement paper between Pilgrim and Hajj agent must be signed duly.
Booking Policy:
- As per your desired Hajj package 2024, you have to pre-register.
- For confirmation of online registration, you have to pay the booking amount of BDT 2,05,000.
- The rest of the package amount must be paid following the government-declared time.
- You must sign an agreement paper during the booking.
- You must submit the Hajj Pre-Registration.
Cancellation Policy:
- No refund after online registration.
- No refund on airline ticket amount after the ticket has been issued.
- All cancellation policies are followed by the Bangladesh and KSA government.
